Learning Tracks

Whatever your nomenclature, whether its Learning Path or Learning Tracks, your employees must have a clear track to run on. In the classical sense, a learning track is an aggregation of a number of courses that may be either recommended or required training. The LMS should easily track ongoing progress of completed training and can also be setup to notify learners and managers if training against learning tracks is completed or approaching expiry date--or past due. The LMS should give high visibility to both the learner and manager with respect to training progress.

Ability LMS and LearnerWeb Enterprise LMS are both highly configurable. While all of the features and benefits listed above are available, they may have to be turned on or configured by a Manager or Administrator.
