Ability LMS comes pre-configured with the four of the most common roles (also called security profiles): Learner, Trainer, Manager and Administrator. Administrators can easily add more if needed or remove the ones not used.
Trainers can have their own custom dashboard, which has the features and tools they most commonly use such as reviewing course calendars, managing events and reviewing reports. They can also easily switch to the Learner Dashboard to access courses assigned to them, see which of those courses are coming due and other features and tools that a typical Learner would need.
