Not only can you send out an email telling a Learner about a new course that’s become available, you can also provide a link directly to that course. If Single Sign-on (SSO) is in place, the Learner won’t even have to log in. If this is a paid course, you can send a link in the email so that the Learner can purchase the course with our eCommerce solution.
Notifications can set be sent to Learners (about course information), Managers (about Learner activities) and Administrators. While these kinds of notifications may seem pretty standard, LearnerWeb Enterprise give you the ability to take it up a notch.
For instance, when sending out information about a course to a Learner, not only can you provide all of the information needed, but also an xPressLink to the course allowing the Learner to launch the course directly from the link. If Single Sign-on is enabled, they go directly to the course without requiring a login.
Have a new course you want to sell? Simply tell LearnerWeb to find all of the people who have taken a related course and then send out an email with information about the new course. You can even send a “Buy” link allowing the Learner to purchase the course directly from a link in their email.
Managers can receive either weekly or monthly reports about the people who report to them or get automatic notices when one of their people is overdue on a course, or has a certificate that’s either about to expire or has expired.
Trainers can get notifications when a Learner has submitted an assignment, passed a test, failed a test, completed a survey, been assigned to a class, been unenrolled from a class and more.
