LearnerWeb provides a robust notification capability through its Communication Manager component. Over 20 pre-designed notification templates allow for easy creation and triggering of notifications for any of a variety of scenarios. A course enrollment, for instance, could carry a set of sequenced notification emails as reminders at one month in advance, one week in advance, 2-3 days prior and day of an event as well as “past due” if not completed as scheduled. If a certification requires recertification every 2 years, an auto-reminder notification goes to a learner at a prescribed interval before the certification expires. These are all automated once and fire in the background. There is no limit as to how the notifications capability within Communication Manager can be used.

Ability LMS and LearnerWeb Enterprise LMS are both highly configurable. While all of the features and benefits listed above are available, they may have to be turned on or configured by a Manager or Administrator.
