Walking The Walk: Preventing Sexual And Other Forms Of Harassment In The Workplace

Watch the video for a preview of the training.

Course Overview

While harassment in all forms is a popular talking point, it is vital for employees to go beyond talking the talk and instead take action to prevent, mitigate, and report harassment incidents in the workplace. This course spotlights the situations in which an employee experiences harassment, sexual harassment or other types. Upon learning what harassment and a hostile work environment looks like, employees view actual scenarios illustrating various types of harassment – such as Quid Pro Quo and Third-Party harassment. Each of the topics in this course empower employees to recognize and respond to harassment properly, politely, productively, and effectively. Present this course so all employees fully understand what is meant by harassment, why and how it occurs, and what do about it, as a victim or a witness, when it happens.
