Course Overview

This is the second in a two-part series on coaching. This course focuses on the second set of five key areas of coaching for change. If you're interested in building up your employees or engaging in some other type of mentorship professionally or personally, be sure you've completed the first half to ensure you have a solid foundation. This course continues to offer realistic and tangible guidance to whomever you're coaching. This module covers being present and focused, giving direction, changing the individual's perspective, using positive language, keeping it simple, and having smart goals.
