The assumption of equality helps the jurors in the film, "Twelve Angry Men," come to the right decision. Team effectiveness requires everyone to feel they have an equal vote or right to an opinion. This microlearning lesson explores how to manage conflict and keep everyone sharing their opinions in order to achieve an effective team decision making environment.
