When MaxIT makes a proposal or quote, we include the most common information needed on that document. We ask you submit orders in accordance with those instructions. In general, we accept purchase orders and orders by credit card. 

Yes. Please note that orers that exceed $1000 are subject to an additional 1-2% charge based on the card used because of bank practices.
