Course Overview

All employees must make choices on the job, many of which are ethical in nature. And, at times the wrong choice wins out over the right choice which can be costly to the organization and the employee. From job loss to jail time, unethical choices are risky. Upon introducing employees to the meaning of ethical choices, this course illustrates actual workplace scenarios in which employees must decide between the ethical and unethical course of action. With a detailed understanding of each of the five common areas of ethical concern (theft, fraud, bribery, human trafficking, and environmental stewardship), employees learn how making the ethical choice is practical and evidence of good character. Require this course so all employees gain confidence in following their conscience and making legally compliant, ethically adherent decisions.
