Title VII of the federal Civil Rights Act specifically prohibits sexual harassment. It is important for all employees to understand what constitutes harassment and to know what to do if harassment occurs. This course explores this seemingly uncomfortable, yet crucial topic. This course demonstrates a wide-variety of examples of harassment, such as quid pro quo, sexual innuendos, hostile work environments, and gender harassment.
