Course Overview

Half of all employees have reported experiencing some form of bullying at work, which is detrimental to their overall wellbeing, performance, and self-esteem. This course looks at the effects of bullying on an organization and its employees. Bullying is a deliberate pattern of inappropriate conduct, which can include intimidation, threatening behavior, or acts of aggression whether verbal or physical. The course examines bullying, the legalities of it and responding to it, and the illegalities of retaliation. Use this course among your staff to facilitate a greater awareness of bullying and to warn people of its serious consequences.
