Course Overview

This video explores the theory of chaos and how it can be beneficial in the workplace. Explained in the video is how chaos, which is a natural part of life, can be used to an organization's advantage. Three organizations highlighted in this training include the U.S. Army, DuPont, and a school district. Each organization explored the relationship between members and promoted a team environment based on the science of chaos. Moving away from the old practices of the workplace where job descriptions and perceived status can determine how everyone interacts with each other. This training depicts how to cultivate and promote a 21st century work environment.
