Watch the video for a preview of the training.

Course Overview

Leaders who demonstrate integrity, inclusion and respect to their employees inspire their teams to do their best. When leaders fail to do this, employees can become discouraged, or even disgruntled. This course explores effective ways in which supervisors and managers can help foster a healthy, safe, and friendly working environment that values all ideas and perspectives. The course discusses topics, such as unconscious bias and how to counteract them, bullying, ethics, and the importance of being inclusive. Learn how respect, integrity and inclusion help build trust among employees. Managers and supervisors must be an example by modeling the behaviors and attitudes they expect to see employees demonstrate. Use this course among your senior staff to help encourage respect, integrity, and facilitate inclusion in your workplace.
