Course Overview
Did you know most everything dumped into a curb inlet or catch basin goes untreated, and can end up in the nearest river or lake? This training video discusses how individuals can prevent illicit discharges (anything discharge that did not fall naturally from the sky), while performing their usual work activities. By showing the viewer video examples of illicit discharges, this training video gives the viewer the skills needed to spot and deal with these hazards. Safety is discussed, and techniques are shown throughout the video to ensure safety. This video is a must for all municipal employees working where illicit discharges may occur.
