Course Overview

This module is the first in a two-part series which focuses on the first five key areas of coaching for change. If you're interested in building up your employees or engaged in some other type of mentorship professionally or personally, this course provides a concrete foundation to offer realistic and tangible guidance to whomever you're coaching. This first part covers coaching the individual, the importance of knowing several ways to coach, getting to know the individual, encouraging self-discovery, and looking for the cause.
