Feedback regularly occurs in workplaces. Feedback happens between a manager and an employee, and informally among co-workers. This training course teaches how to give constructive feedback, suggests settings that are more ideally suited for giving feedback, and how to seek feedback. Viewers learn how positive and negative feedback can be difficult for others to accept. This course continues to discuss two types of feedback: encouraging and developmental. Viewers are taught the Situation Behavior Impact (SBI) method to help them to describe and discuss the positive situation being encouraged. Take this course to learn how to give feedback in an effective manner.
