Course Overview

As the American Psychological Association notes, resilience is defined as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress—such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, or workplace and financial stressors. As much as resilience involves “bouncing back” from these difficult experiences, it can also involve profound personal growth. This course teaches you the importance of resilience, what it is, and why it's needed, and how to develop it. Resilience means something different for everyone, whether it's in our personal or professional lives. We can all benefit from building and strengthening our resilience. It definitely has its merit in the workplace. Utilize this brief module to help employees within your organization build their confidence, work ethic, and improve morale to help everyone adapt and cope with the unknown.
