This online video training class educates viewers on the potential risks and rewards of dealing with the media during an emergency situation. This video explains to employees the proper ways to speak with the media during a crisis and gives examples of ways to build a good relationship with the media before, during, and after an emergency. When a hazardous situation occurs the media may approach any available employee to get information, especially if they feel they are not being given enough information.
