Change is one of the only constants in life. This is especially true in the healthcare profession where updates, dynamics, and shifting trends happen almost daily. Announcing change can be difficult, and affecting how that change is received, reacted to, or responded to is an even bigger challenge. In part three of this four-part series, learners are introduced to the relationship between change and goals, which begins with learning how one's reaction to change can negatively affect the outcome of the change confronting them. Through profiles of real people who demonstrate adaptability traits and skills, learners see how it is possible to set and achieve goals, and how to embrace the changes and challenges inherent in accomplishing those goals.
