Gender Identity Harassment In The Workplace

Watch the video for a preview of the training.

Course Overview

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or EEOC, has defined bias against employees due to their gender identity as illegal based upon sex discrimination. This ruling makes it imperative for all employers to provide training on harassment and discrimination that covers gender identity. Upon clearly defining gender identity discrimination, this course teaches the steps employers must take to be compliant with the EEOC mandate regarding gender identity harassment and discrimination. Upon acquiring the training necessary to inform employees of their sex discrimination rights and protections as they pertain to gender identity, learners are shown the workplace benefits inherent in protecting workers from gender identity and gender expression discrimination. Use this course to help eliminate gender identity harassment and discrimination in the workplace and prevent potential civil lawsuits and litigation.
