Course Overview

Sexual harassment is taken incredibly seriously, and in the state of Delaware, it is no exception. The Delaware Discrimination in Employment Act, in conjunction with other state and federal law, forbid discrimination in Delaware with respect to protected classes and sexual harassment. This course presents managers with the training they need to prevent harassment and comply with state laws. The course covers the laws protecting victims of harassment, identifies and differentiates between the two forms of sexual harassment, the supervisor's role in preventing the behavior, reporting/retaliation and consequences of the behavior. Use this course to make managers and supervisors aware of the laws and expectations around sexual harassment, and procedures for properly reporting it.
