Course Overview

Sexual harassment is illegal, and like several other states, the state of Illinois has specific laws regarding how sexual harassment is dealt with in the workplace. The course covers the laws protecting victims of this the severely offensive behavior, identifies and differentiates between the two forms of sexual harassment, the supervisor's role in preventing the behavior, reporting/retaliation and consequences of the behavior.
