Pronouns, such as I, you, he, she, are a part of speech that allows for more efficient dialogue. However, since many pronouns refer to a particular gender, some people have preferences for which pronouns to use when referring to them. In a conversational manner, this course teaches employees how to become more adept at learning and using a person's preferred pronouns. This course explains how using a person's preferred pronouns is one more piece in the puzzle of helping colleagues and coworkers feel valued, respected, and heard.
