Course Overview

Accountability is a person's acceptance of responsibility for an outcome. The success of an organization is greatly impacted by the accountability of its members. This training course teaches five steps to develop accountability and shows viewers how to apply them to achieve organizational goals. This course walks leaders through each of the five steps. The steps include choose employees carefully, set expectations, establish milestones, give regular feedback, and deliver consequences. This course illustrates how to respond appropriately, depending on the outcome of the project. Viewers are shown how without consequences, accountability cannot be effectively developed.
