Course Overview

Douglas McGregor, a social psychologist, studied management styles and proposed two styles of management, called Theory X and Theory Y. This course examines the two forms of management in order to help leaders understand when to apply which style. This course defines the theory of each style of management, as well as various perspectives from managers and workers. Leaders can get results from both Theory X and Theory Y management and this course shows them how. Utilize this course among your leadership staff to help managers define their style of leadership and tweak processes within your organization to optimize growth and maximize future opportunities.
