Course Overview

As an interviewer, you must listen to the responses from your candidates and ask follow up questions and provide feedback to ensure you're getting complete behavioral responses. The course discusses behavioral-based interview techniques for gathering accurate data to effectively and appropriately, rate candidates based on observed responses. Using the CAR (circumstances, actions, results) approach, the course discusses using these three key elements of a behavioral response. Additionally, the course explains several other techniques to effectively evaluate individual candidates. Use this course to prepare your hiring staff to employ the behavioral based interview process when interviewing candidates.
